A four-cylinder two-stroke prototype with fuel injection, shown at the Tokyo Motor Show in November 1971 under the internal code YZ401. Its engine foreshadowed the later TZ700/TZ750 racers, while the cycle parts resembled the TX750 and the rotary RZ201. It never reached production.
